Job Description
The Business Executive will ensure achievement of secondary & primary sales targets in line with growth plans across all product segments in the territory by effectively developing & managing the Distributor sales team & the Distributor. Among others, the Key Result Area’s will include :
- Effective implementation of sales policies and schemes in the market.
- Plan and execute primary and secondary development activities in accordance with regional and corporate plans.
- Drive market operations to adhere to daily calling and productivity standards for self, Distributor Sales Representatives, and Distributors.
- Expand distribution according to the Key Result Areas (KRA) in the territory.
- Execute effective brand communication, positioning, and pricing to align with company guidelines.
- Drive proper market activation and strong visibility of the ""Gulf"" brand in the market.
- Aggressively drive the implementation and success of various tie-up schemes targeting retailers and mechanics.
- Monitor competition activities, pricing levels, and schemes, and report, as necessary.
- Train and drive the productivity of the distributor and their team
