Long life semi synthetic metalworking fluid with extremely stable emulsion. It is suitable for most of the moderate to heavy duty machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, threading etc. It is composed of high quality base oil and selected emulsifiers considering the aluminum, forged steel and stainless steel machining requirement. It contains broad spectrum of biocides to control microbial growth to a great extent and to avoid unpleasant odor and increases the life of emulsion. The oil is environment friendly in nature, as it is free from chlorine, nitrite, phenol, nonyl phenol and heavy metals.
