Gulf Gem greases are premium quality, Polyurea thickener-based grease for elevated temperatures & extended lubrication intervals and provide a unique advantage over conventional soap-based greases. These are manufactured from highly refined base oils and performance additives to provide excellent wear protection, good structural stability, resistance to water washout and effective protection from corrosion. Performance testing demonstrates it is an outstanding lubricant for antifriction bearings, under extended periods at 180°C and remains functional at temperatures as low as -20°C.

Gulf Gem HD grease is suitable for all types of grease-lubricated plain and anti-friction bearings, operating at elevated temperatures and where contact with water is likely. Heavy duty plain and rolling element bearings operating under severe conditions including shock loading in wet environments. Gulf Gem HD grease is particularly suitable for Steel Plant – continuous caster guide roller bearings, dryer roll bearings, oven conveyor bearings, rotary steam joints, pellet press bearings, slide track greasing for pallet & sinter plants and equipment adjacent to high radiant heat sources. Other applications with high load, high temperature, high water washout properties with centralized greasing system.
