Gulflex LCX 460 grease is a heavy-duty, high-performance, Lithium complex soap-based grease for use in a wide range of mining and off-highway applications. It is manufactured from high quality Lithium complex thickener, solvent-refined base oils and performance additives to provide good structural stability, resistance to water washout and effective protection from wear and corrosion. It also contains 3% solid additives for enhanced wear protection. It is specially designed to deliver outstanding performance in mining and construction applications.

Gulflex LCX 460 grease is suitable for use in heavy-duty plain bearing, pin bush applications and rolling element bearings operating under severe conditions including shock loading in wet environments. It performs well in heavy-duty equipment’s used in construction, port, mining, quarrying, agriculture & forestry/ logging and other industrial applications under severe conditions particularly under fretting, oscillating/ reciprocating or sliding motion and other general Infrastructure, construction and mining applications where such quality grease is required.

Gulflex LCX 460 has effective extreme pressure properties for efficient lubrication for heavily loaded components and applications, improved mechanical stability and resistance to softening ensures long lubricant life and prevents leak out of bearings. It has good corrosion protection and resistance to water washout resulting in improved component protection and equipment life. High drop point ensures extended operating range of up to 200 °C.
