Gulflex HT grease is a heavy-duty, non-melting, inorganic non-soap thickener based grease with Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) for use in a wide range of automotive, marine and industrial applications subjected to high temperature. It is manufactured from high-quality, solvent-refined base oils and performance additives to provide excellent structural and high temperature stability, resistance to water washout and effective protection from wear and corrosion. It is specially designed for applications where very high and short-duration temperature & load spikes are part of the normal operation.
Recommended for heavy loads and shock loading.

Gulflex HT grease is suitable for use in plain and anti-friction bearings (ball, roller, sleeve) and sliding surfaces (ways, cams) in wet and heavily loaded applications (kiln car wheel bearings, dryer conveyor chain bearing, rolling mills, oven bearings) found in paper mills, chemical and steel plants, heavy duty equipment used in marine, off-highway, off-shore, cement, mining/ quarrying, agriculture & forestry/ logging and other industrial applications under severe conditions.

Gulflex HT grease has outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear properties extend bearing life under heavy and shock load conditions. The MoS2 is particularly beneficial in lubricating slow moving heavily loaded parts. It has extremely high drop point (non-melting grease) ensures extended operating range of up to 200 °C along with excellent mechanical stability and resistance to softening ensures long lubricant life and prevents leak out of bearings even in the presence of water.
This grease has very good corrosion protection and resistance to water washout resulting in improved component protection and equipment life. Inert nature of clay makes it suitable for applications exposed to contaminants like water and chemicals found in industries like paper mills, chemical and steel plants.
